Nigerian singer Portable has engaged in a heated exchange with Nollywood actress Laide Bakare after she labeled him a “dirty boy” in a recent interview.
In response to Bakare’s comments, Portable took to his Instagram Live to vent his frustrations, asserting his financial status and exposing private messages between them. He revealed that Bakare had previously approached him for business opportunities, contradicting her public statements.
Sharing screenshots of their conversations, Portable accused Bakare of hypocrisy, highlighting her past attempts to engage with him privately despite her derogatory remarks.
In a further escalation, Portable lashed out at Bakare in the comment section of her social media post, issuing a curse directed at her and her mother. Bakare retaliated, condemning Portable’s behaviour and asserting her right to defend herself against unwarranted attacks.
