SOCIAL MEDIA/CONTENT CREATOR
Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

We are looking for someone who can create compelling content, engage with our audience, and drive our social media strategy to new heights.
Responsibilities
● Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and graphics.
● Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
● Create compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and website content.
● Ability to create and edit videos with a mobile phone application.
● Ability to host and serve as a video presenter
● Ideate and plan engaging video and static content, from concept to execution ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and messaging.
● Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
● Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.
● Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and values.
● Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
● Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and advertising.
● Optimize content for search engines to increase online visibility and website traffic.
● Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
● Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media technologies.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
● Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools.
● Ability to think creatively and strategically.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Experience working in a real estate company is an added advantage
