Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each social media platform, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience and align with Skoutia’s brand identity.
- Manage and maintain Skoutia’s social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
- Foster and nurture a strong community of followers and engage with users through comments, messages, and interactions, building meaningful relationships and driving user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, content, design, and product to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that support broader business objectives.
- Analyze and track key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and sentiment, using social media analytics tools, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and proactively explore new opportunities for growth and innovation in the social media landscape.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or digital industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, as well as proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging social media campaigns and content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for sports, talent scouting, and digital innovation, with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with and empowering our community of users.
