Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media/Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) moments, and managing our social media presence. This role involves creating content for various social media platforms, developing event calendar schedules, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST
Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
– Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms including images, videos, and written posts.
– Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) moments to provide an inside look at our activities and events.
– Edit and optimize content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Social Media Management:
– Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
– Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Event Calendar Scheduling:
– Develop and manage a comprehensive event calendar, scheduling posts and campaigns around key dates and events.
– Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and campaigns.

- Engagement and Community Building:
– Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
– Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content and participation.
– Monitor and report on social media feedback and trends to inform content strategy.
- Brand Consistency:
– Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
– Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain visual and thematic consistency across all channels.
– Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into our content strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media/content creator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for content creation and scheduling.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
