Job Description
We are seeking to hire a seasoned Solution Architect with 8 to 10 years of verifiable experience in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Kotlin, and Swift, and will have a strong track record of designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of all solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and integrate them into our solutions where applicable.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs and project plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development and solution architecture.
- Proven expertise in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
