Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Performance Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the organization’s performance by identifying areas for improvement, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting operational efficiency across departments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of various teams and departments
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Analyze data and generate reports on organizational performance
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in setting performance goals and tracking progress
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize strategies for achieving targets
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
