STUDIO MANAGER
Oversee the maintenance of studio equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
Responsibilities:
1. Studio Management:
o Coordinate and manage studio bookings and schedules.
o Ensure that studio spaces are prepared and set up according to client requirements.
o Oversee the maintenance of studio equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
2. Customer Relations:
o Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone/email.
o Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all studio users.
o Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Administrative Support:
o Assist in administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and record-keeping.
O Maintain accurate studio booking records and update databases as needed.
O Prepare contracts and agreements for studio rentals and services.
4. Social Media and Marketing:
o Manage Amah Space’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to promote
studio services and engage with our community.
o Create content, including posts, updates, and announcements, to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
o Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
5. Operations Management:
o Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
o Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility
management.
o Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and inspiring working environment.
6. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate closely with project leads and creative teams to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery.
o Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
o Anticipate project needs and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Client and Vendor Relations:
o Act as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, managing communications and fostering strong relationships.
o Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with vendors and service providers as needed.
o Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open lines of communication.
8. Financial Oversight:
o Monitor studio finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
O Assist with financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
O Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
9. Team Support and Development:
o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, supporting the professional growth and well-being of team members.
o Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance skills and morale.
o Provide leadership and guidance to studio staff, promoting a culture of creativity,
accountability, and excellence.
