Responsibilities
- day to day running of the studio: managing all studio operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools
- project management: creating and implementing deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth projects & happy clients 🙂
- client communications: engaging with clients for project updates, client needs & feedback
- proofing and reviewing designs and checking documents before they are sent off
- administrative tasks: invoices / proposals / engagement documents / minutes of meetings
- in-house: organising training / studio events / managing resources & people
- business development: delegating & managing tasks related to in-house social media accounts / proposals / BD opportunities STUDIO MANAGER
Skills & experience
- project management
- highly organised, detail orientated with a can-do attitude
- process-oriented
- OCD-level quality control
- confident communicator
- able to build strong long-term relationships with clients, internal teams & 3rd parties
- ready to learn
- not a terrible human being
- programs: notion / google workspace / figma / canva
- nice to have: experience with design / experience with notion / passionate about branding & design.
