Job Description
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software problems
Responsibilities
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software problems
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of company’s product devices
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
- Act as the initial point of contact for all product related concerns from clients or other employees
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for company products
Qualifications
- First degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering and Electrical Electronics Engineering is an added advantage.
- Graduates who have completed their Higher Education programs and are awaiting NYSC deployment (PRE-SERVICE).
- Corp members currently undergoing their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
