TMZ reports that police arrested a woman for allegedly trespassing on singer Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island property. Westerly Police apprehended her despite prior warnings to avoid the singer’s estate.
Law enforcement confirmed, and media-obtained photos showed, that despite three clear “NO TRESPASSING” signs, they arrested 54-year-old Kimberly Meyer at the gate of Taylor Swift’s home.
Authorities charged Meyer with one misdemeanour count of trespassing and released her from custody. She’s set to face these charges in court on July 14.
This marks yet another security breach at Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island home, with numerous attempts in the past. For instance, in 2019, police arrested a man on-site carrying a bat, gloves, lock picks, and a crowbar.
