Job Description

• We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 2024 internship program, offering valuable industry experience for those wanting to start or switch to a tech career.
• As a Tech Intern, you will work on real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals in your chosen area of interest.

Internship Areas
Frontend Development (React):

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into responsive web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Backend Development (Java):

• Develop, test, and maintain backend components using Java.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.

Product Management / Scrum Master:

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure that the team adheres to Agile practices and principles.

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and curate content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Develop user-friendly web interfaces, troubleshoot and debug issues, api integration and implement new features. Job
• Backend Development: Design and implement backend architecture, write clean and efficient code, and maintain databases.
• Product Management / Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile processes, ensure clear communication among team members, and support product development.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, and analyze digital marketing performance.

Qualification

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Self-taught individuals with equivalent practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience: At least 1 year of self-study or project experience in your chosen tech area.

Other Requirements
Frontend Development:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React and its ecosystem.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Backend Development:

• Basic understanding of Java programming language.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database management and RESTful services.

Product Management / Scrum Master:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Digital Marketing:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights.

Other Requirements:

• Availability: Minimum of 15-20 hours per week. (Internship duration is 6 months).
• Remote Work: Must have reliable internet access for remote collaboration.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
