Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Assistant with at least two years of experience and proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion to join our team. This full-time, onsite position involves supporting architectural projects through technical drawing, 3D modeling, and project documentation.

• Develop architectural designs and plans using ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Collaborate with architects and designers.
• Create detailed 3D models and visualizations.
• Conduct site visits and collect data.
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors.
• Maintain project databases and documentation.
• Provide software technical support.

 Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with BIM processes.
