Job Description
NEXT BASKET offers integrated solutions for warehousing and product handling, logistics, a call center, marketing, photography, product description creation, SEO, business and accounting services, and a lot more services needed to successfully run an online store.
Responsibilities
- You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our SaaS platform, including order management, payment processing, shipping, and returns;
- You will collaborate with our development team to identify and fix bugs, and implement new features and enhancements to the platform;
- You will monitor system performance and ensure high uptime and availability;
- You will provide training and support to internal teams on e-commerce platform usage;
- You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and technology;
- You need to assure high retention rate and engagement with business partners;
- You need to assure meeting of deadlines;
- You will work closely with services delivery team such as logistic and fulfilment, finances, legal, large scope of digital marketing services, etc.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
- You will provide technical support to e-commerce customers via email, phone, and live chat.
- You will perform various tasks related to providing thorough tech support to the partners of NEXT BASKET.
- You will be providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- You will be following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce tech support or a related field;
- Strong technical skills and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress etc.;
- Understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- You’re highly organized and experienced in handling multiple projects, with attention to detail and command of project specifications;
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred;
- Team player – dependable, respectful, and communicative;
- Fun & positive attitude.
