Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Territory Sales Manager at Shapperly in Lagos. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and customer acquisition efforts in your designated region. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our subscription-based repair plans by onboarding new customers.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate, while also managing and collaborating effectively with the sales and marketing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and nurture lasting professional relationships.
- Experience in the home services, home improvement, or property management will be an added advantage but not mandatory
