Dr Salihu Lukman, a former National Vice Chairman, North-West of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has stated that President Bola Tinubu has led the nation to a suicidal trajectory with his unaligned policies, which have degraded the living standards of all Nigerians.

Salihu Lukman, in a statement made Sunday, questioned Tinubu’s strategy to address the challenges.

He pointed out that the government demonstrated its lack of competence to oversee projects aimed at alleviating the challenges that Nigerians face.

The former APC chairman, Salihu Lukman stated that for more than a year, there has been one excuse after another, with little to no clear roadmap or date for when Nigeria’s economic downturn will end.

Salihu Lukman said:

“Every day, the hopelessness of the government gets more exposed.

“And having pushed the nation to a hopeless trajectory, which has worsened living conditions of all Nigerians, what plan has President Asiwaju Tinubu put in place to fix the problem?

“Even in terms of ameliorating the challenge facing Nigerians, the government has demonstrated lack of capacity to manage initiatives resulting in compounding the allegations of embezzlement surrounding initiatives to ameliorate worsening conditions of citizens.”
