In less than 48 hours into the Big Brother Naija Season 9 house, emotions are already running high among the housemates. Toby Forge has taken the lead by expressing his feelings for his married colleague, Kassia.
Kassia, who is in the house with her husband, Kellyrae, has kept their marital status a secret from the other housemates. Toby Forge’s attraction to Kassia isn’t surprising, given her charm and allure.
During a discussion on Monday, Toby Forge opened up about his feelings for her, wondering what he could do to make Kassia his. Kassia revealed that her partner (husband) had initially convinced her to join him in the house after she had refused. Toby suggested that there might be a purpose for her being in the house, implying that it could be to meet him.
Kassia explained that she doesn’t fall in love easily and that her past relationships have always been long-term because she is deeply committed when she is in love. Toby asserted that they would make a strong couple, but Kassia told him it was already too late.
Kassia – Even when he said we should audition, I was like, I’m not interested… he had to persuade me, and we did it. So I feel me coming here…
Toby – There is a purpose, maybe it’s to meet Toby Forge.
Kassia – Laughs.
Toby – Maybe I have something to do for you or do to you.
Kassia – Right.
Toby – Maybe you’re the one that’ll finally break my heart and make me become so dangerous.
Kassia – Continuous laughter. That’s why I said, don’t fall in love so you don’t get your heart broken.

Kassia – Yoruba men, I’ve heard a lot about you guys.
Toby – We are sweet, and we’ll take care of you, especially when we like you. You know that Rihanna song ‘Only Girl in the World,’ ah, you feel it.
Kassia – One of my aunties married a Yoruba guy, and they are no longer together.
Toby – I feel like you and I would make a very strong power couple.

Given the history of housemates forming intimate relationships, it wouldn’t be surprising if something develops between them. This isn’t the first time a married housemate has gotten involved with a colleague. During the All-Stars season, Frodd faced backlash for his steamy dance with Mercy Eke, despite having a heavily pregnant wife at home. A scene from one of their pool parties showed Mercy Eke grinding on Frodd, who held tightly to her behind, making suggestive movements.
