Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has publicly celebrated her former friend, Bobrisky, on the occasion of his birthday.
The popular crossdresser turned a new age on Sunday, and Tonto took to Instagram to pen a warm message to him. Sharing photos from Bobrisky’s birthday shoot, the mother of one prayed that his new age would bring him love, peace, and joy. She also encouraged him to keep winning.
“Happy birthday, my darling Bobbi international @bobrisky222. May this new age bring you so much love, peace, and joy. Keep winning and congratulations, boo boo. Have a beautiful celebration.”
Reacting in the comment section, Bobrisky expressed his appreciation, writing: “My mama. Love you.”
The gesture comes months after Bobrisky extended a similar hand of love to Tonto on her 40th birthday. At the time, he reflected on their five years of friendship and rained prayers on her as she celebrated her milestone age.
Tonto and Bobrisky were once inseparable, sharing a close bond that lasted for years before their fallout in 2020. Their friendship ended with heated confrontations on social media, and by 2022, Bobrisky had openly accused Tonto of living a fake life and owing him N5 million. He also claimed he often cleared her bills and accused her of influencing him to bully rivals.
However, in April 2023, Bobrisky admitted during an interview that he missed Tonto, describing her as a sister and attributing their split to their hot tempers. Last year, when Bobrisky was briefly in EFCC custody, Tonto extended an olive branch by checking up on him. Their reconciliation became more obvious after fans noticed they had started following each other again on Instagram.
