Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has stirred online conversations after commenting on a romantic scene between her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, and fellow actress Bakare Zainab in his latest movie, Valentine Palava.
Toyin shared a clip from the movie on her Instagram page, questioning if it was all just acting while encouraging fans to watch the film on YouTube.

The post drew mixed reactions from fans, many of whom defended Kolawole by referencing Toyin’s own history of romantic scenes in films:

- “So this thing dey pain. We dey watch dey always wonder if y’all married to fellow actors don’t care about intimate scenes,” another added.
Some joked about the realities of actors navigating such situations, with comments like:

This isn’t the first time Toyin has publicly teased her husband over on-screen moments. In May of last year, she humorously reprimanded Kolawole and Zainab over a lukewarm kiss in another movie, urging them to make it more convincing.
Despite their playful interactions, Toyin and Kolawole’s marriage has faced its share of public scrutiny. In 2023, actress Wumi Toriola denied rumors of an affair with Kolawole, while in 2022, speculation arose about alleged marital tension. The couple debunked the rumors, consistently proving that their bond remains strong.
In a previous interview with Media Room Hub, Toyin reaffirmed her commitment to her husband, describing their union as divinely ordained. She even issued a firm warning to women eyeing her husband, making it clear that she isn’t open to sharing.
