Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at TECHCINE in Lagos. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the CAD/CAM/CAE training program and ensuring that all participants receive high-quality instruction. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating training sessions, developing training materials, managing training schedules, evaluating participant progress, and providing career support. You will work closely with the instructors and assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of the training program.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM/CAE software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.
- Prior experience in training or teaching roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with instructors and participants
- Knowledge of engineering and product design principles
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
