Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior has signed a huge new five-year deal at Real Madrid. Vinicius has agreed to a massive new contract keeping him at Santiago Bernabeu until 2028, according to Spanish station Cadena ESR, which was reported by Real Madrid.
According to the source, Vinicius will now rank among the club’s top earners thanks to the contract.
In an effort to retain him at Real Madrid for the full five years, it also reportedly raises his buyout clause to €1 billion and includes a “loyalty clause” that provides a bonus for fulfilling the entire contract.
The 22-year-old and Real Madrid are reportedly in the final stages of negotiations and have reached an understanding.
Vinicius scored 23 goals in all competitions for Real Madrid last season and is one of Los Blancos’ key players.
He enjoyed a spectacular 2022, helping Real Madrid to the La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Spanish Super Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and Club World Cup titles.
