Seeking a virtual assistant to handle company communications, manage schedules, arrange travel, and handle invoicing. Must be organized and professional. Excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and clients schedule efficiently.
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles or similar positions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
