Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accurate picking and packing of items.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and implement security measures.
- Generate and maintain necessary documentation, such as delivery notes and invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
Qualification
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Proven 3+ years experience as a Warehouse Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
