WEB DEVELOPER-VACANCY AT REVOLOGY

Job Description

The web developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and platforms. This role will work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient code.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using Python, Vue.js and Tailwind CSS. Develop clean and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Develop server-side logic and APIs using Python and AWS Lambda.
• Design and optimize database schemas, and integrate them with the web applications. Utilize SQL effectively to store and retrieve data.
• Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify and fix bugs and performance issues. Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, quality assurance, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and development guidelines.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and tools. Identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies to improve our web applications.

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience as a web developer
• Proficiency in Python, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS (or other similar framework) with a solid understanding of their ecosystems and frameworks (e.g. Vue3, Vue Router, Pinia)
• proficiency in writing and understanding SQL
• Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS SAM is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
