Nigerian content creator and entrepreneur Zicsaloma has sparked online conversations with his recent rhinoplasty (nose job) reveal.

Speaking about his decision, Zicsaloma expressed excitement over his transformation:

The idea for the surgery came after he frequently saw posts from a Turkish-based cosmetic surgery clinic on Instagram. After reaching out, Zicsaloma quickly arranged his trip to Turkey, where he described the experience as seamless and luxurious.
They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious car, lodged me in a hotel, and made everything smooth. The doctor had performed over 1,000 rhinoplasties, so I knew I was in good hands.”
In addition to his rhinoplasty, he revealed that the clinic offered him a complimentary temporary facelift.
Five days after the procedure, Zicsaloma had his nasal packing removed, describing it as uncomfortable but painless. He shared:
My face is still swollen, but I already love my side profile. Some people are praying it looks bad, but God pass man! My final look is going to be even better.”
By day 10, the swelling had reduced further, though he noted that the final results would take months to fully materialize.
