One hit the victim repeatedly with a baton, and the other shoved him when he tried to grab onto his bike.
A citizen suffered a bloody wound on his forehead, but the police ignored him.
The third officer eventually escaped on a motorcycle, while the other two left the scene on a tricycle (keke).
During the visit, CP condemned the incident and informed the public that disciplinary action was being taken.
