Major General Muhammadu Buhari (ret.) will deliver his parting speech to Nigerians on Sunday morning. Femi Adesina, President Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, revealed this in a statement issued on Saturday evening headed, ‘President Buhari broadcasts to the Nation.’
The statement read-
“President Muhammadu Buhari will make a farewell broadcast as President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces on Sunday, May 28, at 7am.”
The statement advised television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets to link up with the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
