Job Description

The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc. Architects will work with engineers, electricians and building contractors to ensure that their designs are safe, functional, and meet construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• To support in the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
• Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
• Creating work models and modelling for space.
• Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting,accessories and decorations.
• Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.

Qualification

•  Minimum of BSc in Architecture
• 5years minimum technical experience in Architectural designs in a well-structured work environment
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
• Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
