Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth flow of all the products through the warehouses to the customers, stock accuracy;
• Ensuring the performance of our warehouses and shipping partners meets our, and most importantly our customers’, expectations;
• Making sure that the products get from point A to point B seamlessly;
• Liaising with Freight Forwarders and Customs Agents, ensuring timely customs clearance/import and delivery of product to warehouses, and resolving issues;
• Planning shipment and stock building requirement;
• Ensuring timely processing of returns through test and refurbishment;
• Record keeping and data processing.

Qualifications 

• 2–3 years of experience in similar role;
• Expertise in Excel;
• Proficient Office Suite experience;
• An ability to use data to analyze and improve processes and accuracy at 3PLs;
• Google Suite/Workspace experience.
