Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, has hinted that the club could dip into the transfer market following the injury to Jurrien Timber.
Dutch international, Timber, has injured his ACL and could miss the rest of the season.
Addressing the press ahead of this weekend’s activities, Arteta said,
“We didn’t plan with this injury.
“We have to assess now what the best options are to get the best out of the players we have.
“My biggest challenge is to get the best out of the players we have.
“I cannot control anything that is not here.
“We are always open to reacting if something happens, not only with an injury but with the market as well. That’s what we are doing.”
