The autopsy report of Bob Lee, the Cash App founder who was stabbed to death in San Francisco last month, has revealed that he had ingested a mix of alcohol, cocaine, and ketamine before his death. According to the report, Lee also had cocaethylene, a compound that forms when alcohol and cocaine mix, in his system. The report did not link these substances to his cause of death, which was listed as multiple stab wounds.

The suspect, Nima Momeni, allegedly got into an argument with the Cash App founder over his sister before the stabbing occurred. Paula Canny, the defence attorney for Momeni, emphasized Lee’s drug use. She also further suggested that it may have influenced his behaviour during the altercation. Momeni was arrested on April 13 and faces murder charges. His arraignment and bail hearing was postponed to May 18.
