Job Description
This is a full-time Information Scientist role at Self-employed located in Ikeja, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Information Scientist, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, implementing data models, and conducting research to support business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify information needs and provide solutions, and contribute to the development and enhancement of data management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and research methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
- Experience with data management systems and database technologies
