As a Property Officer, you play a vital role in our team, responsible for a range of critical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our properties and the financial growth of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Expertise: Skillfully prepare cash flow statements, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
- Build Tenant Relationships: Collect monthly and annual rent payments from tenants, fostering strong tenant relationships and financial stability.
- Real Estate Brokerage: Facilitate real estate transactions with expertise and professionalism.
- Strategic Proposals: Craft comprehensive property management and lease proposals that showcase the value we offer to potential clients.
- Lease Management: Efficiently manage leases, agreements, and renewals to maintain occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Property Acquisition: Contribute insights to property acquisition strategies for strategic growth.
- Property Inspections: Conduct routine property inspections and provide expert advice on maintenance and management.
- Collaborative Interfaces: Liaise with on-site facility managers, agents, and landlords to address property-related matters.
- Market Analysis: Survey local rental rates and meticulously calculate overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to establish competitive rental rates.
Qualifications
- A University degree or equivalent in Estate Management
- A minimum of 3 years in real estate sales agent roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), adeptness in using social media for business purposes.
- Proof of attending facility management and project management courses.
- Membership in the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
