In reaction to a fan’s statement after sharing photos of himself, Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo, has revealed his decision to remain single. He has decided to have nothing to do with the institution called marriage. The fan had commented gushing over photos of the actor saying:
I’m planning our wedding babe. Let all this scarcity of money go first so that I can marry you properly @alexxekubo.”
In turn, the actor posted;
I have removed my hands from anything that will lead to marriage.”
This is following his controversial break-up with his ex-fiance, Fancy Acholonu. She had returned to social media to make a public apology for the manner in which she had called off their engagement last year. Fancy had gone ahead to request that they make things work between them going forward.
However, this complicated issues as Fancy, not getting the expected response from Alex Ekubo had gone ahead to reveal the actor’s sexuality as being questionable. She disclosed to the public that in her five years of dating him, they had only been intimate once, hence, her reason for calling it quits with him initially.
The event has sparked up so much reaction from social media users, some taking Fancy’s side and others, Alex Ekubo’s.
