Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Global Leadership Institute Nigeria in Lagos. The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. The Business Development Executive will also work with cross-functional teams on various projects to improve business strategies, grow our client base and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales in a similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly to clients
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- A passion for Human Capacity Development and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients
