Nollywood actor, Micheal Uba, popularly known as Ogbolor, has directed a message to former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha, in response to her controversial advice to ladies.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Ogbolor expressed concern about providing platforms for potentially misleading words in podcasts.
Ogbolor countered Tacha’s viewpoint, asserting that single life serves as crucial training for marriage. He emphasized that marriage is not a sudden transformation but a continuation of the habits developed during the single period. The actor warned against the notion that marriage is a magical spell that changes one overnight.
Highlighting the impact of sexual activity while single, Ogbolor suggested that individuals who engage with multiple partners before marriage may find it challenging to remain faithful once married, especially if their partner can’t match their past experiences.
In his words, Ogbolor stated,
If while single u were sexually active with multiple people, u train ur soul to never be satisfied with one, so when u get married, the tendency of u cheating is higher cus ur body has gotten used to it, and somehow u compare ur present partner with ur multiple sex partners too.”
While acknowledging the possibility of Tacha’s words being misconstrued, Ogbolor urged individuals to be mindful of the messages they convey on podcasts, as it reflects their mindset.
Tacha’s advice had sparked backlash, with actress Sarah Martins cautioning against misleading the youth and advocating for a ban on podcasts by President Tinubu.
Meanwhile, comedian DeeOne also weighed in on Tacha’s controversial statement, alleging that she is a hustler and a side chick to married men. He pointed to a 2019 tweet where Tacha made a provocative promise as evidence.
Adding another layer to the unfolding drama, Tacha disclosed rejecting a substantial sum of money at an event two years ago, aligning with Phyna’s recent revelation about turning down 5 million Naira. As Tacha’s statements continue to draw attention, the public remains divided on the merits of her advice and the reactions it has triggered from various celebrities.
