We connect retailers and retail chains to verified consumer goods suppliers, providing a one-stop solution for sourcing, selling, payments and managing logistics. Our platform simplifies the process and enables seamless transactions between retailers and suppliers.
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Operations Volunteer at Supplya. As a Sales Operations Volunteer, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in day-to-day operations. This includes managing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining sales records and reports, and providing general support to the sales team. While the role is based in Lagos, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on providing excellent service to both retailers and suppliers
- Sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and generate revenue
- Knowledge and understanding of Sales Operations processes and best practices
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Experience in the B2B marketplace or e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work environments
