Armed men kill monarch’s son in Agungi, Lagos

Demola, the first son of Ojomu of Ajiran land, Tijani Akinloye, was shot and killed at the Ajiran village of Agungi Area in Lekki, Lagos State.

The sad incidents occurred on Monday along Chevron Drive, near the Ebeano Supermarket.

This has created conflict among the Lagos community.

A statement from the community’s estate administration verified the event.

It also advised citizens to avoid the Chevron, Agungi, and Ajiran neighborhoods.

It reads:

“This is to notify all residents that Ajiran (Agungi) king’s son was assassinated today along Chevron Drive (close to Ebeano Supermarket) this morning.

“We, therefore, plead to our esteemed residents to avoid Chevron area, Agungi and Ajiran for now for their safety.”
