Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has expressed confidence in winning the 2027 presidential election.
Kwankwaso, the party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, made the outburst on Saturday while inaugurating the NNPP Secretariat along IBB Way in Katsina.
The former Kano State Governor went to Katsina to pay his condolences to the Yar’Adua family following the death of their matriarch, Hajiya Dada.
He stated that the party was prepared to take over the president, states, and other offices throughout the country by 2027.
He predicted that the party will be successful in the 2027 general elections.
“I wish to remind you that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is already dead, because we were in the party, since they have gone out of the line, we decided to check out,” he said.
The Kwankwasiyya leader warned Nigerians, particularly women and youths, not to be ‘deceived with spaghetti or money during the upcoming elections.’
Kwankwaso also urged party officials to redouble their commitment to the party’s success in the state and across the country.
