Experts believe Hamza bin Laden, Osama bin Laden’s son, is alive and leading al-Qaeda.
Hamza, 34, was earlier reported deceased in 2019 and was supposedly based in Jalalabad, a major terrorist hotspot east of Kabul.
According to the UK Mirror, this revelation has raised severe concerns about the continuation of Osama bin Laden’s legacy, as well as the possibility of additional violence and terrorism.
According to the article, Hamza, also known as the “Crown Prince of Terror,” is allegedly secretly controlling the terrorist network alongside his brother Abdullah.
According to the report, information reveals that the brothers have built a militant dynasty.
They are thought to have ten main terror training sites in Afghanistan and ties to other worldwide extremist organisations.
According to the article, Hamza runs camps where he teaches fighters and suicide bombers on how to slip out of Afghanistan and launch attacks on Western targets.
“Senior Taliban leaders are well aware that Hamza bin Laden is not only alive, but actively involved in al-Qaeda’s resurgence.” These leaders connect with him, conducting regular meetings and ensuring his and his family’s safety, according to a Mirror story.
