Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Eatery Manager at AGT Plaza – One Stop Marketplace in Lagos. The Eatery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the eatery, including managing staff, inventory, customer service, and ensuring the quality of food and service provided to customers.
Qualifications
- Restaurant Management, Food Safety, and Inventory Management skills
- Customer Service and Team Leadership skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry
- Food Hygiene Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Chef experience is a plus
