Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategy, policies, systems, processes and procedures aimed at facilitating the attraction, deployment, development and retention of critical talents.
- Must reside in Rivers State
- Minimum of 8 years work experience managing the Human Resources function of a reputable organization, preferably a company within the oil and gas industry.
Qualification
- 8 – 16 years of work experience.
