In her caption, the actress affectionately referred to herself as “Aya obimbimbim,” which translates to “wife of Paulo,” and described her partner as being incredibly sweet.

Earlier this year, Iyabo Ojo had defended her love for Paulo after trolls criticized her constant public displays of affection. Responding to the negativity, Iyabo confidently reiterated her lifelong commitment to her partner. The actress went public with her relationship with Paulo on her 45th birthday, December 21, 2022, sharing a heartwarming video collage of their precious moments together.
In an interview, Paulo jokingly mentioned how Iyabo had “invaded his space” and taken him away from his former lifestyle. Iyabo chimed in, clarifying that their love story is purely for enjoyment, not for starting a new family, as both already have two children from previous relationships.
Iyabo Ojo was previously married to Mr. Ademidun Ojo, the father of her two children, Priscilla and Festus. Reflecting on her past, Iyabo has opened up about her experience with poverty during that marriage, describing it as a challenging adventure driven by her youthful desire for attention.
