Popular media personality Toolz Oniru is overjoyed as her first child turns six today. Taking to Instagram, Toolz penned a heartfelt tribute to her son, describing him as her “biggest gift” and “greatest achievement.”
Reflecting on her motherhood journey, Toolz shared cherished memories of her son’s early days and his sweet personality. She recounted how he used to nudge her when she was pregnant and now exudes teenage vibes with his thoughtful gestures.
“I can’t believe my baby is 6. This little creature that used to elbow me when he was in my belly is now giving me teenager vibes! He loves to say, ‘Mama, are you okay? Have you eaten? I want you to rest.’”
Toolz also humorously mentioned his love for her cooking:
“His favorite thing to say is, ‘I love your chicken, mama,’ so he can get 6 pieces as I’m cooking.”
She called on fans to join her in thanking God for the gift of her son, who brings immense joy to their lives.
Recently, Toolz opened up about the challenges of modern parenting, expressing how the overwhelming influx of information in the digital age can be both helpful and confusing. She questioned whether raising children was simpler in the past compared to today.
Toolz, who married Tunde Demuren in June 2016, is a proud mother of two boys. Her first son was born in December 2018, followed by her second son in 2020. While celebrating her younger son’s birthday, Toolz recalled her challenging pregnancy journey and the fears she faced after a previous loss.
This year, Toolz also marked her 8th wedding anniversary, sharing heartfelt memories of their destination wedding in Dubai and appreciating her husband for being her calm amidst the chaos.
