The Federal Ministry of Interior has officially announced the commencement of recruitment into four of its paramilitary agencies, with the application portal opening on Monday, July 14, 2025.
In a statement released on its official social media platform, the Ministry listed the participating agencies as:
– Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
– Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
– Nigeria Fire Service (NFS)
– Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS)
Prospective applicants are directed to submit their applications through the dedicated recruitment portal at recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng. The Ministry urged all interested and qualified candidates to carefully review the application requirements and guidelines available on its official website (www.interior.gov.ng) before commencing the registration process.
This recruitment exercise forms part of the Federal Government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen national security architecture and enhance service delivery across critical interior sector agencies. Applicants are advised to be wary of fraudulent recruitment schemes and only use the official channels for their applications.
The Ministry emphasised that the recruitment process will be conducted transparently in line with established civil service rules and the Federal Character principle. Further updates regarding application deadlines, examination dates, and other relevant information will be communicated through the Ministry’s official communication channels.
