Nigerian singer Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold, has penned a sweet note to celebrate his daughter, Adejare Kosoko, who turns 4 today, May 30, 2024.
Overflowing with joy, Adekunle Gold counts the many ways he loves his daughter, expressing a depth of affection that has only grown since her birth.
Adekunle Gold shared that his love for Deja began even before she was born and has only intensified since.

Just hours before, Adekunle Gold’s wife, Simisola Kosoko, known as Simi, celebrated their daughter with an adorable video clip. In her tribute, Simi spoke about how she sometimes begs God to make more room in her heart because the love she has for Deja is overwhelming. She shared that when she prayed for her daughter, God responded with abundant blessings. Simi described Deja as her light, heart, best friend, twin, joy, and beautiful little fireball, adding that if she had more space, she would love her even more.
For Deja’s third birthday, Adekunle Gold penned a touching note, revealing that he has many beautiful stories about her, but his favorite memory is when she reached out to him, patted him, and expressed how proud she is of him.
Simi and Adekunle Gold welcomed Deja in 2020 amidst the COVID-19 lockdown. The couple, who married in 2019, continue to share their love and joy with their fans, celebrating their daughter’s milestones with heartfelt messages and cherished memories.
