Job Description
Receive diesel intervention approval and inform the Procurement team of the need to contact Site Maintenance Contractors (SMCs) to supply diesel.
Responsibilities
- Receive diesel intervention approval and inform Procurement team of need to contact Site Maintenance Contractors (SMCs) to supply diesel.
- Notify Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to take delivery of diesel to site.
- Monitor and track diesel deliveries.
- Sign Final Acceptance Certificates and forward to HQ.
- Work with Central Diesel Planning (Operations) and Diesel Procurement Management (Supply Chain) to ensure diesel allocation reporting is accurate and complete.
- Assist the Regional Logistics Coordinator to ensure the right amount of diesel is supplied to sites.
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of signed diesel waybills as submitted by vendors and/ or FSEs.
- Prepare and submit diesel availability reports to the Regional Logistics Specialist.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the Regional Logistics Specialis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- +2 years’ relevant work experience.
