Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has slammed Instagram blogger Cutie Julls, accusing the blogger of spreading false narratives about her life.
Taking to Instagram, the actress called out Cutie Julls for alleged bitterness, urging her followers not to be deceived by negativity. Angela shared words of encouragement about love, describing it as a beautiful experience that everyone deserves.
Somebody tell that Cutie idiot to shut up… Cutie, try to find love, ya pumpum getting too dry,” Angela wrote in a fiery post, addressing the blog’s purported falsehoods. She further advised her fans to cherish and nurture love when they find it.
Angela also shared a video of herself and her new boyfriend, a billionaire oil magnate and philanthropist, looking deeply in love. She revealed that their relationship is growing stronger every day. To celebrate love, Angela announced a contest inviting fans to create videos with her song Hold Me featuring their significant other, promising ₦500k for the winner.
Despite her public controversies, Angela has mostly kept her romantic life private. She was previously married to Chukwuka Orizu, with whom she shares a son.
In 2023, Angela disclosed details about her failed marriage, revealing she fell out of love with her ex-husband due to family pressures. According to her, her in-laws opposed her career in entertainment, leaving her with no choice but to walk away.
Angela has also spoken candidly about her fears of remarrying, stating she wouldn’t enter a marriage without peace. In a 2020 Instagram live session, she expressed her apprehension about another potential divorce, saying, “I can’t stay in a marriage that isn’t peaceful.”
