Bose Ogulu, the mother and manager of award-winning music star Burna Boy, has penned an appreciation post to some of his colleagues following his historic achievement in London.

Over the weekend, Burna Boy made headlines by selling out an 80,000-capacity stadium in London, making him the biggest touring African artist in the world.

Mama Burna, as she is affectionately known, took to Instagram to express her gratitude to the artists and the team behind the incredible performance. She thanked Omah Lay, Pheelz, Odumodublvck, Timaya, and others for their support and contribution to her son’s success.

Just when they thought the night was nearly over, the music party scene thrilled with a star-studded line-up. @mrfunny1_ started off looking for ‘The African Giant.’ @omah_lay PH city stand up!! @pheelzgood @toyourears @odumodublvck @timayatimaya timeless OG @yuppeyeager travelled across the continent & over the seas. In another post, she praised her team, describing them as amazing and acknowledging that she couldn’t have done it without them. She emphasized that behind every great stadium show, there is a village of talented individuals bringing it to life.

Initially, she managed his career in 2014 but stepped back to focus on raising her other children. She resumed her managerial role in 2017, and since then, Burna Boy’s career has soared to international heights.

Despite losing four Grammy nominations, Bose has consistently expressed pride in her son’s achievements. She has referred to Burna Boy as the blueprint of Afrobeat music, praising his legacy and continuous impact on the global music scene.

Earlier, Bose Ogulu had expressed pride in Burna Boy for his incredible performance at the Dreamville festival, stating that he had brought the house down and left a lasting impression.
