Job Description
This is a remote internship role for a Branch Operations Specialist. The Branch Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to branch banking operations, operations management, customer service, business relationship management, and finance.
Qualifications
- Branch Banking Operations and Operations Management skills
- Customer Service and Business Relationship Management skills
- Finance skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
