BREAKING: Fubara plotting to procure orders to declare Rivers Assembly illegitimate — APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has expressed concern about an alleged effort by Governor Siminalayi Fubara to obtain interim orders from several judges declaring the Martins Amaewhule-led State House of Assembly invalid.

During a press briefing in Port Harcourt on Thursday, Tony Okocha, Chairman of the APC’s Caretaker Committee in Rivers State, promised to name the alleged judges on Fubara’s list in his petition to the Nigeria Judicial Council, NJC.
